Neon Dotticure

Here's a new twist on an old favorite! The first time I did this, I used a light minty blue and Flip Flop Fantasy and it's been one of my most liked manis ever! The actual design was inspired by @madicures on Instagram, so I can't take credit for this design.

So anyways, today I've changed up the colors and holy jeebus this is bright! I love it! The colors are PolisHaus "Bewitched" and China Glaze "Flip Flop Fantasy" (the original).
